Chipotle Made me feel like crap!

I was feeling good all day up until about 30 mins after eating Chipotle. My blood sugar went all crazy! It couldn't handle the intense amount of calories in one meal. Not to mention my intestines freaking out as the incredibly hot lava (salsa) scorched it's slimy lining! So needless to say, I sang Johnny Cash's Ring of Fire this morning on the pot... What? TMI? Oh well, call it a warning to all you Chipotle hot salsa Tabasco eating lovers!
