It's hard to find time right now to do the whole work-out routine, so we are concentrating most of our efforts on watching what we eat. We'll try our best to post what we eat and how many points are consumed. Wish us luck because we have some fat to lose!

Joe:

Cereal with milk - 6 points
Iced Coffee - 6 points
Salad with Italian dressing - 6 points
2 small burritos - 14 points
Small chocolate cookie - 2 points
Total: 34

Rachael:
Iced Coffee - 3 points
Cereal with milk - 4 points
Lean Cuisine - 6 points
Small cookie with milk - 2 points
Small Burrito - 7 points
Total: 22
